What changes
- The passenger can pay by app, QR or USSD, on the mobile money they already use. No new wallet, no top-up ritual.
- The driver sees every digital fare land in his wallet, live.
- The owner sees, for the first time, what the vehicle actually earned today.
Why USSD matters
Not every passenger has a smartphone, and not every trip has data coverage. USSD works on any phone, with no internet. A payment channel that fails when the network does is not infrastructure, it is a demo.
That is the whole play: keep the street, add the layer it never had.
